Applicant's information - Proposal for a Guest Speaker/Workshop/Event Training

Please complete this form to request funding for guest speakers/workshops/training/events that will be attended by faculty and/or staff.

If your proposed event is relevant to the equity goals in hiring or recruiting at ECC, it will be reviewed by the EEO Subcommittee for guest speakers/workshops/training/events for funding. All other proposals will be rejected.

If your event does not meet the above criteria, you can submit for Professional Development funds. Priority will be given to proposal that include interdepartmental collaboration. The funding is for Professional Development only, the funds can not be used for parties or celebrations. It can not be used for student only events, but students can be included in events.

Neither funding source can be used for gifts.
