Name, Gender, Pronoun, Date of Birth Change or Correction

Documentation is required for name and birthdate corrections and changes and changes of gender. For a name change your Social Security card is required as verification that your name change has been registered with the Social Security Administration. El Camino College cannot change your name on its records unless it will match what is on your Social Security card. Birthdate corrections require a state issued ID or Driver License, birth certificate or passport.

Please allow at least 3-5 business days for processing.

El Camino College will be closed starting Thursday, December 24, 2020 and will reopen for business on Monday, January 4 2021. Forms submitted during this time will not be processed until the office reopens. The standard processing time for your form will start from when we reopen.
