Pass/No Pass Request 

Only classes that are on this request have the grading option of being graded or pass/no pass



I understand that electing to take this course with Pass(P)/No-Pass(NP) grading means that I will receive a P if I complete the course with C grade or better. Conversely, I will receive a NP grade if my work is at a D grade or below.  Once the request is processed I cannot request the grade nor can I retake the class for the class for a grade if I receive a P for a grade, the P will stand. Only the classes listed on this form have the option of to be taken as graded or P/NP option.  

Please make sure you know the transfer of the University you are transferring to with regards to a Pass (P) mark, especially in your major courses.  If you are not sure if you should request Pass/No Pass please see a counselor before submitting this form.  Once the request is process it cannot be reverted.
