This form is intended for students who have taken courses at another college or university and need that course to meet a prerequisite course at El Camino College.

Instructions: Before you submit this petition you must: 

1. Complete an application to El Camino College and include your El Camino College student ID number. 

2. If you are a new to college student, fill out the Assessment Survey, located in your MyECC account. 

3. Complete this form and attach appropriate documentation. Make sure your name, ID number, and school name is visible on the documentation, or it will be denied.
